You are invited to The Queer Arts Center's Wine Tasting Brunch to honor the closing of Derrick Bell's retrospective exhibit WE WEAR THE CROWN. Hosted by Kin Folkz, in addition to music, food and wine - you will have a chance to meet the gifted artist, Derrick Bell.
Capacity is limited to 30 people. Vaxx Cards + Masks (when you are not eating or drinking) are required.
$40 Advance Ticket includes:
- A signed numbered special edition print of Derrick Bell's Exhibit Card (5.5x4)
- Non-Alcoholic Drink
- A Wine Tasting Experience by Melanated Wine (Black-owned wine company )
- A deliciously soulful plate of Chicken + Waffles from Miss Ollies (Black Queer Woman-owned Oakland restaurant)
NOTE: This is not a refundable ticket + the cost of a ticket will increase to $50 once the $40 early birds are all sold out. The price at the door will be $65.
