The East Bay Queer Healing Arts Center presents DemiSlave: The 2nd Coming of Moses written + performed by SEVAN DemiSlave: The 2nd coming of Moses, retells the childhood and adolescence of Araminta “Minty” Ross (also known as Harriet Tubman). A 25-year-old slave woman recounts her earlier acts of resistance as The Spirit guides her toward transformation from enslaved to liberated.
