Silver Tongues: 40+ LGBTQ+ Women’s Writing Circle

Silver Tongues is a working writing circle created for 40+ LGBTQ+ women — from emerging writers to seasoned poets and spoken word artists — who are ready to deepen their craft in community.

This gathering is more than an open mic. It is a literary space rooted in accountability, rigor, and shared creative practice. Writers are invited to bring a 1–3 minute piece (poetry, prose, memoir, manifesto) and share their work in a supportive, serious environment. All attendees are welcome to read.

Silver Tongues is designed as an ongoing circle that builds toward live performance and anthology publication. Participants commit to writing, revising, and engaging in collective process over time.
