The theme for my film is finding the truth beyond the narrative we were told by our oppressors. This project is important to me because a lot of African Americans lack a sense of identity and that leads us into believing we have no home. That’s a lie because our home is in Eden, and Eden is in Africa.
Accept all parts of yourself, even the side you fear.
